A Transformational Breathwork Journey is a simple yet powerful way to rapidly release layers of accumulated stress, unexpressed emotions, toxic thought patterns and other energetic debris that can keep us from showing up and operating at our best and brightest.

Using the power of your own breath - paired with an evocative musical soundtrack, you’ll be guided to rapidly shift out of the conscious “thinking” mind to reconnect with the body and your innermost self.

It is when we are in this altered state of consciousness that we are able to:

  • Express and move whatever it is that needs to be released.

  • Reestablish your connection to your truest self.

  • Transform limiting patterns + narratives.

  • Access guidance and clarity from within.

  • Supercharge your creativity and intuition.


A Private 1:1 Breathwork Journey can allow for a much deeper, guided experience and integration than what you might find in a group session.

Each session is designed to be a unique experience – completely tailored to you, your desired intention, and whatever it is that you might be moving through in the moment.

I pair my 5+ years of learned and leveraged experience with Breathwork together with my intuition to support you in releasing layers of stress, tension and trauma and helping to restore your connection to your truest self.

It is within this private container that I am also able to provide additional insights and intuitive guidance if you would like support in unpacking your experience.


The Experience

A Private 1:1 Breathwork Journey consists of a Full 90 Minute Session via Zoom and also includes:

  • A Preparatory Guide to ensure that you get the very most out of your session.

  • A bespoke guided journey suited to your desired focus and intention.

  • A safe and supportive space to share and unpack your experience if desired.

  • A post-journey aftercare + integration guide with tailored journalling prompts designed to help you to integrate your experience.

  • A brief post-session check-in via Voxer / Whatsapp / Phone / Email (whichever you prefer) to check in and review anything that may have come up post-session as well as to field any related questions that you might have.

  • Prior to our session, I will share a detailed guide with you on how to best prepare for (and make the most of) your Breathwork session.

    I will also invite you to share a desired session focus and intention along with any other information you may wish to share with me that might help me to further tailor your session to you. This is important as this information will allow me to help to predetermine which style of Breathwork might be the best fit for you as well as to prepare a bespoke soundtrack that will serve as an auricular accompaniment to your journey. Your intention could be something you’re hoping to release, something you’re hoping to invite in, or something you’re seeking clarity and inner guidance around.

  • Once our session begins, we will by having a brief conversation about whatever you might be moving through or working towards so that I can best support and guide you through your journey.

    We’ll discuss where you're feeling stuck, what you’d like to create or clarify as well as what you might like to let go of.

    From there, I’ll provide you with a brief demonstration of the breathing pattern that we will be using as well as an overview of what you might expect during your experience.

    You will then lie down on a flat surface, close your eyes and follow an active breathing pattern. I’ll guide you through the full experience.

    The active breathing portion of the session will last approximately 45-50 minutes in total followed by 5-10 minutes of rest or integrative journalling (because insights do tend to abound).

    We will spend the last 20-30 minutes of our time together in a way that feels most supportive for you. This can include any shares that you might have about what you experienced if that feels helpful. I’m also able to field any questions you might have.

  • Following our session, I do suggest carving out an additional 20-30 minutes to integrate your experience. For you, this may look like journaling, taking a walk in nature, taking a shower or any other experience that allows you to reflect and restore.

    You will also receive a detailed Aftercare + Integration Guide that will assist you in further integrating your experience.

    I will make myself available to you for a brief post-session check-in/ follow-up via either Voxer, Whatsapp or Email (your choice) to review anything that may have come up post-session as well as to field any questions that you might have.
