The Virtual Intensive
Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll be guided (through a series of virtually held workshops) to step away from the swirl of the day-to-day and reconnect with yourself— to meet the version of you that’s ready to emerge, and shape how she shows up in the world— from the qualities she embodies to the clothes she wears.
It’s about choosing—with creative, conscious intention— how you want to move through this next chapter of your life, leadership, or self-expression. Whenever you seek to step into something new - be that in big or small ways, you need to undergo an identity shift – you need to shed one identity and step into a new one that embodies the version of who you need to be in order to step into the new thing.
To do this, it requires shifting your self concept: how you see yourself.
There are many effective ways to go about this - but one that I’ve found to be the most effective is through the act of planning and preparing for a personal photoshoot where you are the embodiment of this next level identity.
And so what is often overlooked is the power of the process itself—the act of planning and preparing for your photoshoot as your next-level self. It's not just about the final photos; it's about exploring and intentionally curating and choosing every detail of how you'll show up — and then embodying and capturing all of this in your photoshoot.
From what you’ll wear to how you’ll carry yourself, and even stepping into looks slightly outside your comfort zone, this process is invaluable. It’s like trying on a new version of yourself, allowing you to embody that future identity.
