For over 25+ years I’ve worked behind the scenes with everyone from brands like Mercedes Benz, Nike, Google — to prominent personalities like Madonna and Jimmy Fallon to entrepreneurs, creatives, and thought leaders to reinvent, reimagine, and ultimately- to shape unforgettable brands.
Sarah Ashman is a strategic advisor and former creative director who helps established entrepreneurs and experts step into the next chapter of their work with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
For over a decade, she’s been known for her ability to translate complex ideas and multidimensional identities into resonant brand expressions. But at the heart of her work has always been a deeper gift: seeing who someone is becoming—and helping them shape their business, brand, and body of work to reflect that truth.

Sarah Ashman is an award-winning Washington D.C. based Creative Director-at-Large across multiple mediums.
She is also the founder of Public Persona Studio, a small brand consultancy that caters exclusively to founders and entrepreneurs of small businesses.
Sarah brings over 20 years of commercial advertising, branding, creative and art direction experience to the table.
She also brings puns.
Her work is focused on brand building: partnering with brands, agencies, businesses, and individuals - big and small - lending a unique viewpoint, fresh concepts, messaging, and a design eye to their brand.
Sarah's favorite work is with personality-infused brands—beholding the power of individual stories to draw customers and clients to a brand. It’s those stories, that essence that she helps identify, articulate, and innovate.
She is a firm believer that brands aren’t born overnight and that process-driven approaches are a girl’s best friend.
